Delivery Location and Timeline
Physical Products: We deliver across India, subject to courier availability at your PIN code, verifiable at checkout. International deliveries are subject to country-specific restrictions or logistical limitations. If delivery is not feasible, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected order. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address. A tentative delivery date is provided in the order confirmation email, with an exact date shared upon dispatch. Deliveries on public holidays or Sundays may be delayed by one day. Cosmiclogy is not liable for such delays but will inform you promptly.
Numerology and Astrology Reports: Reports are delivered electronically (e.g., via email as a PDF) within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Technical delays will be addressed promptly, with refund eligibility per our Cancellations & Refunds Policy (#).
Consultations: Online or offline numerology and astrology consultations are scheduled at agreed times, confirmed via email. Consultations are conducted in person and via platforms like Google Meet or Zoom, with details provided upon booking. Technical issues preventing participation may qualify for a refund if reported within 7 days to support@cosmiclogy.com. Consultations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund, per our Cancellations & Refunds Policy (#).
Payment and Modifications to Prices/Services
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice and are charged as listed on the purchase date. We may modify or discontinue products or services (e.g., Rudraksha, reports, consultations) without liability.
Right to Reject for Pricing Errors: Cosmiclogy reserves the right to reject or cancel any order placed due to pricing errors on the Website, whether caused by technical issues, human error, or other factors. If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made.

International Orders: Payments are accepted in INR via Razorpay, Zoho Secure Payout, or bank transfers using international credit/debit cards.
