We’re committed to making your experience as meaningful as our offerings, so please review our clear and simple return, exchange, and cancellation policy below for a harmonious journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase and service. Returns and exchanges for physical products and refunds for consultations are subject to the following conditions to ensure fairness for all.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges (Physical Products)
Returns or exchanges for Rudraksha and spiritual items are accepted only if:
Your item arrives damaged during shipping.
You receive the wrong product compared to your order.
Important Note: A short video (up to 30 seconds) showing the product’s condition and packaging is required to process returns or exchanges. This helps us evaluate the issue fairly and protect the integrity of our sacred items. Without this video, we cannot proceed with your request.
Timeframe (Physical Products)
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the authenticity certificate and packaging intact. Tampering with the item or certification may result in a declined request.
Authenticity Guarantee
We take pride in offering only authentic Nepal Rudraksha and spiritual items. If you question a Rudraksha’s authenticity, you may have it tested at a government-certified center (ISO-certified or internationally reputed). If proven synthetic or artificial, we’ll offer a 100% refund, return, or exchange, based on your preference.
Items Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged:
Rudraksha Bead Bracelets: Crafted with intention.
Products as Ordered: Items delivered exactly as described.
Gift Cards: Non-returnable tokens of connection.
Custom-Ordered Items: Bracelets, Malas, or other items made to specific sizes or specifications.
Due to the sacred nature of our products and the risk of substitution, we cannot accept returns for these items unless damaged. Additionally:Shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
Cosmiclogy does not arrange pickups for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping costs, which cannot be reimbursed or issued as a credit note.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for physical products due to:
Change of mind or disliking the item.
Minor imperfections or packaging issues that don’t affect quality or function.
Slight variations in color or size due to lighting, screen displays, or natural craftsmanship.

Exchanges (Physical Products)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with the same item, subject to availability. Contact us at support@cosmiclogy.com within 7 days and return the item in its original condition to:

You may request a refund for:
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to or receipt of your numerology or astrology report or consultation (e.g., issues with downloading a report or joining an online session).
Consultation Cancellations: If you cancel an online or offline numerology or astrology consultation before the scheduled meeting date.
No Refunds for Customized Reports
Customized numerology and astrology reports are tailored specifically to your provided information (e.g., birth date, name, or astrological details) and are non-refundable once delivered, as they are uniquely crafted for you.
Request Process
To request a refund for a report or consultation, contact support@cosmiclogy.com within 7 days of the issue or cancellation. Please provide details of the issue (e.g., technical problem or cancellation confirmation) to help us process your request promptly.
Refund Process (All Products and Services)
If your return or refund request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10-12 working days for physical products and numerology or astrology services. Delays due to bank processing or public holidays may occur and are beyond our control. We’ll email you to confirm receipt of returned items or approval of your refund request and notify you of the outcome. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) to comply with legal requirements. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request additional details, such as bank account information or a cancelled cheque, to process your refund securely. Please ensure these details match your original order to avoid delays. Prepaid orders will be credited within 5-7 working days. If you haven’t received your refund, please:

Cancellation Policy
Once an order for physical products or a customized numerology or astrology report is placed, we begin preparing it with care and intention, so cancellations are not permitted. For numerology or astrology consultations, cancellations are allowed before the scheduled meeting date, and you may be eligible for a refund as outlined above. Contact support@cosmiclogy.com as soon as possible if you have concerns about your order or consultation.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices, including physical products and select numerology or astrology services, are final, reflecting their unique energetic value. These cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By purchasing a sale item or service, you agree to this condition.
Gifts
If a physical item or numerology/astrology report was purchased as a gift and shipped or delivered to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value, sent as a sacred token once the item is received or the refund is approved. If the item or service wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, we’ll refund only the original payment method.
International Orders (Outside India)
For international orders of physical products or numerology/astrology services, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 40-45 days. Please note:
We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other taxes, which vary by country and are beyond our control.
If you refuse or cancel a shipment after dispatch, you’re responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and return shipping costs. Refunds for physical products will be processed only after we receive the returned items, minus any applicable fees.
When returning physical items, please provide accurate details (e.g., purchase price, product description) for customs clearance. Incorrect information may result in the return being declined.
