  • Trusted Couriers: We partner with reliable courier services, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, Delivery, Speed Post and Aftership, to ensure timely and safe delivery of your sacred treasures.

  • Electronic Delivery: Numerology and astrology reports are delivered securely via email as PDFs, ensuring prompt and protected access to your personalized insights.

Delivery Timelines

  • Physical Products:

  • Consultations: Scheduled at mutually agreed times, conducted in person or via platforms like Google Meet or Zoom, with details provided upon booking.

  • Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier efficiency, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but will provide tracking updates and notify you of any delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Transparent Pricing: Shipping charges for physical products are calculated based on destination and order weight, displayed at checkout.   • Reports and Consultations: No shipping costs apply for electronic reports or consultations, as they are delivered digitally or conducted in person/online.

Delivery Location

  • Accurate Address: Ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate at checkout. We deliver physical products to residential or business addresses only, not to PO Boxes or public places (e.g., malls, hotels). For reports and consultations, provide a valid email address for delivery and scheduling.

  • Address Changes: To update your delivery address or email, contact support@cosmiclogy.com promptly.

  • Your Responsibility: You acknowledge that accurate delivery information is essential for order fulfillment. Cosmiclogy is not liable for delays, discrepancies, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Order Tracking

What to Expect at Delivery

  • Physical Products: Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Contact the courier partner to reschedule or reach out to support@cosmiclogy.com for assistance.

  • Reports: Delivered as PDFs to the email provided at purchase. Ensure your email is accessible and check spam/junk folders.

  • Consultations: Conducted at the scheduled time in person or via Google Meet/Zoom. If technical issues prevent participation, report within 7 days to support@cosmiclogy.com for refund eligibility, per our Cancellations & Refunds Policy (#).

Handling Delays

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays may occur due to Force Majeure Events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or governmental restrictions). We’ll notify you promptly and provide revised delivery estimates. Cosmiclogy is not liable for delays caused by such events, but we’ll make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly.

Non-Delivery & Returns
